License Agreement

COURSE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This agreement with Worldview Curriculum and the educator rescinds and replaces all previous agreements. In case of conflict or dispute, please notify the publisher via email: editor@worldviewcurriculum.today.

1. License: The materials that accompany this license are protected by copyright law, except for works that are in the public doman. Please understand that Worldview Curriculum provides an educational service to you, the educator. In order to meet our obligations to you, we must provide print materials, whether digital or paper. These materials belong to Worldview Curriculum, not to the educator, and are to be used according to this agreement. Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of these materials are as follows.

You may:

  A. use these materials for every student in your household whether in print form or digital;

  B. make additional copies of the materials only for your household. Schools and home school co-operatives may duplicate materials only with written permission from Worldview Curriculum and after payment of appropriate fees;

  C. resale or donate any book or text purchased separately or provided with a course; however, the study guides may not be resold or donated. These texts include:

    Moping Melancholy Mad: An Introduction to Poetry by Robert W. Watson
    An Introduction to the Short Story
    The Epic of Gilgamesh: A Poetic Version by Robert W. Watson
    Studies in Poetry by Robert W. Watson
    all texts included with Survey of American Literature

You may not:

  A. sell any duplicated materials, whether in print form or digital, which you used in your household;

  B. sell, swap, or donate these materials to another individual or family.

  C. use the materials as part of a lending library. However, these materials may be used in a resource center for the purpose of acquainting families with the courses.

2. Content Updates: Certain course materials may be updated from time to time, including but not limited to individual study guides, vocabulary quizzes, course contents, and answer keys. You shall have the right to obtain Content Updates which may or may not require additional cost for the materials. Any materials that are replaced must be destroyed by you.

3. All sales are final for purchases of courses that are downloaded. Once the materials are purchased, you will not be able to return the materials for a refund. If you have questions about anything about the materials, contact editor@worldviewcurriculum.today before you purchase.

Jurisdiction, Venue and Governing Law. Any action or suit relating to this License may be brought only in the courts of the state of Oklahoma, and under the laws of its jurisdiction.
